Can junk removal be scheduled with a move-out clean?

Yes. Junk Removal is a separate PPS pillar and can be quoted alongside a move-out clean.

What else can PPS coordinate for my move?

We can coordinate interior painting, drywall and ceiling repairs, pressure washing, wallpaper removal and installation, and exterior painting or stucco repairs. Tell us what your property needs; PPS confirms the work, timing, and price before scheduling.

Are property-preparation services included in the cleaning price?

No. Painting, repairs, pressure washing, and wallpaper work are optional and quoted separately. You can book a move-out clean without adding any of these services.

Can every exterior surface be pressure washed?

PPS reviews the surface and its condition before confirming the appropriate cleaning method and price. Let us know which areas need attention when requesting your quote.

Are appliance interiors included?

Yes. Our Move-In / Move-Out Clean includes oven and refrigerator/freezer interiors.

Does the property need to be empty?

This clean is designed for an empty home. Tell us about any furniture or belongings that will remain when you request a quote.
