Service request information

When the request page directs you to the PPS form hosted by Jobber, contact and property details are collected there, not on this website. Opening that form does not submit a request. Jobber processes the information as PPS's service provider; the form displays its own privacy and communication-consent notices.

When this website displays its own request form, it collects the contact details, property information, preferred date, and service details you choose to provide. It first prepares a summary for you to review in your browser. When you select Send request, the site attempts to send that information to PPS through its request delivery service. A submission confirmation means the delivery service accepted the request, not that a staff member has read it.

When direct website delivery through Formspark is enabled, Formspark processes and stores the submitted request details and sends PPS email notifications. Preparing a summary alone does not send your details to Formspark. See Formspark's privacy policy for its handling of information.

If direct delivery is unavailable, the site says the request was not sent and offers an email option. Copying or downloading a summary keeps that copy on the device or account you choose.

How PPS uses the information

PPS uses request information to respond, confirm the work needed and availability, prepare pricing, prevent abuse, and maintain ordinary business records. Submitting a request does not schedule work or authorize a charge.

Access details

Do not enter door, alarm, gate, or lockbox codes in the public request form. PPS coordinates sensitive access details separately and keeps them out of owner-facing reports.

Retention and sharing

PPS keeps inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, quoting, service records, security, and legal obligations. PPS may use a service provider to deliver the request, but does not sell service-request information. Avoid adding unrelated personal, medical, financial, or access information.

Website measurement

The site uses privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics to measure page visits, referral sources, and general device or browser information in aggregate. PPS does not attach website analytics to the name, email, phone number, property address, or service details entered in a request.

Your choices

You may ask PPS to correct or delete an inquiry, subject to records PPS must retain. Privacy questions and requests can be directed to keparks8899@gmail.com.
