Common questions

Is this included in my regular cleaning price?

These are optional services confirmed in your quote. Some surface cleaning and sanitization may already be part of your clean. We'll explain what is already included and what additional work you are requesting before you approve a price.

Can people and pets stay during the service?

That depends on the service selected. Some work requires people and pets to be away from the affected areas. PPS confirms preparation, time away, and re-entry instructions before scheduling. Do not return until PPS confirms the area is ready; the absence of an odor is not a safety check.

Will this remove every odor or allergen?

No. Results depend on the source and condition of the property. This is not a promise of an odor-free, allergen-free, or germ-free space, and it does not replace fixing moisture, leaks, or other ongoing sources. PPS does not offer medical outcomes or mold remediation through this service.

What is included with an air-filter replacement?

Replacement of accessible filters agreed in your quote. Tell us the number of filters and their sizes if you know them. We confirm the correct type, who supplies them, access, and any material cost before the visit. This is not duct cleaning, HVAC repair, or an air-quality inspection.

Can I get a quote in person?

Yes. Free in-person quotes are available across our Middle Tennessee service area. Properties more than 30 miles from 37206 may need specialized service pricing based on distance.
