Here's what to expect when you ask PPS for help with a pet-owning home.

Can you remove every pet odor?

We can't promise complete or permanent odor removal. Results depend on where the smell comes from and the condition of affected materials. We'll discuss the options and let you know if the problem needs attention beyond our cleaning service.

Will a new air filter fix the smell?

Not necessarily. A standard HVAC filter captures particles rather than odor gases. Filter replacement can be part of routine upkeep, but it does not replace addressing the source of a smell.

Can people and pets stay during the service?

That depends on the service selected. Some work requires people and pets to be away from the affected areas. We confirm preparation and re-entry instructions before scheduling. Where vacancy is required, do not return until PPS confirms re-entry; the absence of an odor is not a safety check.

Is this included with my regular clean?

Some surface cleaning and sanitization may already be included. Other work and filter replacements are confirmed in your quote. You don't need to choose every option, and we'll explain any additional cost before booking.

Where do you offer this service?

PPS serves Middle Tennessee, with free in-person quotes available. Properties more than 30 miles from 37206 may need a specialized service quote based on distance.
