We collect names, phone numbers, service addresses, email addresses, and the information you choose to provide when you submit a service request, sign up for text reminders, or communicate with our team. We also keep text messaging consent and opt-out records to manage your communication preferences.

How we use your information

We use text messaging for appointment reminders, scheduling updates, invoice reminders, and two-way customer support. We do not send marketing texts through this program. Message frequency varies based on your appointments, account activity, and conversations with our team. Message and data rates may apply.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or share phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers, such as Jobber and messaging delivery providers, may process information on our behalf to manage service communications, deliver messages, and maintain communication preferences. This is separate from sharing information for third-party marketing.

Protection and retention

We restrict access to personal information to authorized people and service providers who need it to provide or support our services. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to help protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for service communications, business records, consent and opt-out records, and applicable legal obligations.

Your choices and requests

Text messaging is optional. Reply STOP to any message from our text messaging number to opt out at any time. Opting out of texts is separate from requesting deletion of your records.

You can request an update or deletion of your personal information by emailing kaylee@parksprofessionalservices.com. We may retain records needed to meet legal obligations or honor your opt-out preference.
