Is PPS a licensed property manager?

Property Care is light property-management support. PPS does not advertise leasing, rent collection, tenant placement, deposit decisions, evictions, or legal management decisions through this service.

What is included in a property check?

We visually check the areas agreed with you, take photos, note the property's condition, and report anything that needs attention.

Will reports include door or lockbox codes?

No. Access details are kept out of owner-facing reports and should not be placed in the public request form.
